Packages shipped via Media Mail cannot be tracked, and USPS offers no way to check the status of your package. Shipping Policy:
AuthorsBookshop.com strives to ship all orders within 1 business day of payment confirmation. We can not, however, guarantee that orders will be shipped within this time frame. Product availabilty, acts of nature, and unexpectedly high order volume are among the reasons that we may not be able to ship within 1 day. In any case, we will ship as soon as reasonably possible - we know you are excited to read your book, and how frustrating it can be if you have to wait.
Backorder Policy:
Because of the nature of our business, it may occasionaly happen that you would like to order more of a particular title than we have on hand. If this occurs, we will immediately ship the quantity that we have and place the remaining quantity on backorder. Your backorder will be shipped as soon as we recieve a restock from the author. If you would like to cancel the backorder, or your whole order for that matter, email us immediately (just reply to the email notification) to let us know.
Return Policy:
Our catalog is filled with some of the most interesting, useful and well written liturature of our time. However, we understand that many people feel that they are taking a risk in purchasing independent books. We want you to feel completely comfortable buying books from AuthorsBookshop.com, and that is why we have a 100% no-questions-asked return policy. If you don't like the book you ordered, or the quality is not what you expect, just send it back to us for a full refund. We can even make it easy for you to return your book - just drop the book back in the packaging you received it in and mark it "return to sender." Please include a copy of the packing slip so that we can chargeback the cost of the book. If you want, you can include an explanation of why you didn't want to keep it - but you don't even have to do that.
