From Me To You Stories proudly presents a breakthrough in children’s literature! Roxanne and Ruby the Rug is the first book in a 20 plus book series that bridges the gap in children’s literature. A new genre in children’s books has emerged by combining positive daydreaming of exotic locations with the numerous illustrations of a picture book, yet it has the content of a chapter book. This style of book was designed to offer the same content found in chapter books for the higher-level reader, but with added illustrations to help the lower to average level reader comprehend the story more effectively.
Roxanne and Ruby the Rug begins its journey in Istanbul, Turkey at the Hagia Sophia, but the journey does not end there. Each set of five books center around a Sea and explores through positive daydreams aspects of the exotic locale. For example, the first five books will focus on the Mediterranean Sea in such places as Morocco, Egypt, Jordan, Israel, and Gozo.
Due to our global circumstances, there are children everywhere that are unaware of the culture, fauna, flora, or the positive essence of certain places and societies. From Me To You Stories hopes to allow children to not only learn about, but also explore these areas through the Roxanne Adrianna Wafflestone series.
